The Music Director will provide leadership, accompaniment, musical expertise and direction in the musical ministry life of Prince of Life Lutheran Church. The role of the Music Director is to collaborate with the pastor in assisting with cultivating a living, giving, passionate and skillful culture of worship. • Music leadership skills and ability to discuss instrumentation and balance with the musicians is a plus. Good team building skills, relational ability and musical coaching skills. Have knowledge of Christian music (contemporary and traditional) and be able to draw from a diversity of genres; familiarity with Lutheran liturgy is a plus.
