Wynwood School of Music Manager

The WSM Manager coordinates the day-to-day operations of the WSM, including management of teachers, parent relationships, student relationships, and managing an assistant manager. We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and motivated individual who is passionate about the work and the opportunity to have a huge impact on the Wynwood School of Music’s growth. The WSM Manager must share a passion for education and the arts and have excellent interpersonal skills. Duties • Manage WSM day-to-day operations and coordinate and schedule appointments for students and teachers. ● Communicate effectively and respectfully with members of the team ● Passionate about music education ● Ability to think outside the box and resolve problems creatively ● Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments ● Ability to work under direct supervision and independently ● Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
