The Dallas Symphony Orchestra is seeking a Part-Time Contract Site Leader for the Kim Noltemy Young Musicians program, dedicated to transforming lives and communities through intensive orchestral music education. Inspired by El Sistema, Venezuela’s model of music education, Young Musicians provides intensive orchestral and group instruction focused on transforming students’ lives and communities through musical and social excellence. This role works closely with Teaching Artists, students, families, school partners, and Dallas Symphony Orchestra staff to ensure program success through strong communication, effective coordination, and a shared commitment to musical and social excellence. Attend bi-weekly Site Leader meetings at the Meyerson with fellow Site Leaders and Dallas Symphony Orchestra staff to collaborate on program planning and initiatives. Serve as the primary communication liaison for the assigned campus by sharing important updates with families, Teaching Artists, school partners, and DSO staff.
