• Assist in relationship management by coordinating communications and scheduling with artists, songwriters, producers, and other industry professionals.
• Help coordinate the logistics around record making, assisting with the administrative processes of creating and producing music records.
• Learn the foundational steps of how to identify and sign talent by organizing demo submissions and keeping track of emerging artists.
• Provide tactical support for artist and catalog development initiatives under the guidance of your supervisor.
• Follow established procedures to support the team's relationship building and networking efforts, tracking key contacts and industry events.
• Stay plugged into current cultural trends, compiling information to help the team understand and articulate movements within the music industry.

About you
• You are passionate about music and have a growing knowledge of various music genres, artists, and industry trends.
• You enjoy driving task-oriented workflows and take pride in completing daily and weekly operational goals accurately.
• You have an entrepreneurial, independent attitude and are eager to learn how to identify new opportunities in the constantly evolving music landscape.
• You will thrive in an environment where you receive clear guidance and instruction from your supervisor, resolving simple routines effectively.
• You have a strong curiosity about the cultural landscape and love staying up-to-date with the latest developments in music styles and subcultures.
• You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle transactional work that affects your immediate work unit.

We'd love it if you also had
• Prior internships, or equivalent entry-level experience in the music or entertainment industry.
• Familiarity with tracking music trends across social media, streaming platforms, and live local venues.
• Exceptional communication skills.
