Role Description Qualifications • Strong administrative skills, including organizing, scheduling, and record-keeping • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to assist with resident activities and events • Experience in a caregiving or senior living environment is a plus • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional care and support • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in related fields is a plus
