The A&R department at Warner Records Group is responsible for both finding and developing musical artists to sign as well as producing artists and driving creative content for all forms of media. Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) handling all administrative aspects of work for an Executive of A&R at Warner Records as well as more detailed project management and independent projects on various levels. Handle the executive's timeliness by ensuring they are timely for each call and meeting, take diligent notes in meetings, and build action item lists where needed
