The ideal candidate will bring experience in the music industry, a strong organizational mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Key Responsibilities • Generating deal memos, itineraries, reports • Keeping track of ticket counts, contracts, deposits • Invoicing and accounting • Handling phones, managing calendars • Dealing with high profile buyers, promoters and managers while understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism • Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of tasks • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and remain focused under pressure • Organize and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless communication • Effectively manage time and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization • Anticipate needs and propose thoughtful, strategic solutions • Follow directions precisely while also demonstrating independent initiative • Maintain a positive, team-first attitude, even when working extended hours • At least 1 year of professional experience working in the music industry. • Experience working at an agency is a plus but not required.
