We’ve played a pioneering role in music history, from the first-ever music label to the invention of the flat disc record. As a Licensing & Soundtracks Administrative Assistant, you will support a four person team in all aspects of pitching and clearing music for use in film, television, advertisements and more. What you'll do: • Provide administrative support for the department. • Liaise across all business units and handle various administrative tasks as needed • Assist with setup of showcases and events • A person with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills as well as the ability to prioritize, multitask, and focus while working under stressful and demanding situations.
