Assistant, People Team

WMG is home to a wide range of artists, musicians, and songwriters that fuel our success. The People Team Assistant supports Recorded Music business units by handling a variety of HR-related tasks. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into various aspects of the music industry, interact with employees at all levels, and actively participate in numerous HR initiatives and projects. • Prepare and update all essential HR and Financial reports and documents for the team • Maintain and organize all confidential HR files and databases • Collaborate across the People Team by actively participating in and supporting larger HR Initiatives and Learning & Development projects based on business needs • Partner with the Student Programs Team on managing and coordinating the Emerging Talent Associate program • Provide daily, dedicated administrative and operational support to larger People team We’re taking our time to review all resumes, and to find the best people for WMG.
