Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred but not required.1-2 years assistant experience, preferably in the music/entertainment industry.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Extreme attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically, use sound judgement, and identify solutions independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and learn quickly.Previous experience in live entertainment, music, sports, or a related industry is preferred.
