Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a vibrant musical consortium dedicated to fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence in the arts. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with the consortium’s mission and long-term vision Lead executive-level teams across program development, marketing, fundraising, and operational management to ensure cohesive organizational growth Cultivate relationships with board members, donors, partners, and community stakeholders to foster collaboration and secure financial support Oversee financial management including budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring compliance with nonprofit financial standards Spearhead fundraising efforts for business development, grants, sponsorships, and individual contributions to sustain and expand programs Drive marketing strategies to enhance visibility, audience engagement, and brand recognition within the arts community Supervise senior leadership staff, ensuring effective team management, performance evaluation, and professional development Oversee operational management including program delivery, administrative functions, and resource allocation to maximize organizational efficiency Proven experience in corporate strategy development with a track record of leading complex organizations or consortia in the arts or nonprofit sectors Demonstrated executive leadership with strong business management skills and experience managing diverse teams at an executive level Extensive financial management experience including budget oversight, strategic planning, and nonprofit financial practices Expertise in fundraising strategies for nonprofit organizations as well as business development initiatives Strong background in marketing, public relations, and community outreach to promote organizational visibility Experience collaborating effectively with board members and managing board relations to align organizational goals Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on operational excellence, team supervision, and stakeholder engagement Knowledge of nonprofit financial regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for advancing musical arts through innovative programs and strategic partnerships
