Consider a career at WMG and get the best of both worlds – an innovative global music company that retains the creative spirit of a nimble independent. • Schedule meetings and business lunches/dinners/drinks with artists, managers and sync clients on behalf of the EVP, Global Sync and Film/TV creative team • Be the central point of contact with global sync teams, handle internal systems such as contact lists, client lists, department lists, EVP and Film/TV department event calendars • Compile sync related reports as needed • Prepare the EVP and Film/TV creative team for business meetings with creation of reports, reviews, research and systems as needed • Coordinate meetings with global sync staff, regional and local teams • Curate playlists across various platforms for sync teams to use as tools for pitching • Have an awareness of new shows/films/products We’d love it if you also had: • A baccalaureate degree with a major in a related field. • A minimum of two years of relevant sync or related work and/or internship experience.
