Generating deal memos, itineraries, reports Keeping track of ticket counts, contracts, deposits Invoicing and accounting Handling phones, managing calendars Dealing with high profile buyers, promoters and managers while understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of tasks Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and remain focused under pressure Organize and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless communication Effectively manage time and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism Communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization Anticipate needs and propose thoughtful, strategic solutions Follow directions precisely while also demonstrating independent initiative Maintain a positive, team-first attitude, even when working extended hours BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred but not required.
