Legal Intern - M&A

It operates a number of companies including Label Engine, one of the largest independent music distribution platforms in the world, with over 75,000 artists and 5,000 label clients; and Flighthouse, a digital entertainment brand focused on Gen Z, which has more than 300 million followers across social media. Create Music Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join its M&A Legal Group. This is a part-time, fully remote internship specifically designed for current graduate students for Summer 2026. Must be a current law student (Rising 2L or 3L) enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school.Possess a strong interest in M&A, intellectual property, and the music/media industry.Demonstrate excellent legal writing, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.Exhibit a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.Prior experience in transactional, corporate, or entertainment law, including previous internships, is considered a plus. We evaluate candidates based on their qualifications and the nature of the offense in relation to the job for which they are applying.
