Music Director

Shepherd of the Sierra is searching for a music director. The ideal candidate will have experience leading music in a worshipping community; skill in leading rehearsals and directing performances in traditional and contemporary musical styles; strong planning, organization, and communication skills; and the ability to work with musicians at all levels of proficiency. A minimum of two years of college coursework in music or the equivalent training and experience is required. Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • Paid time off
