Music Director for Young Vocalists

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artistic Director to join our team and inspire our young singers to reach their full potential. In this role, you will be responsible for leading rehearsals, selecting repertoire, and providing vocal instruction and exercises. You will also recruit new choristers and collaborate with accompanists, other directors, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Key Skills: • Choral music education and conducting expertise • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Experience working with multicultural and multilingual repertoire Responsibilities: • Lead weekly rehearsals and sectionals • Select repertoire and plan performances • Provide vocal instruction and exercises • Recruit new choristers and build a sense of community We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual who is passionate about choral music and has experience working with children and young adults.
