Strong musical background, with proficiency in singing, basic piano,drums, or guitar, and knowledge of music theory.Experience teaching or working with young children, including those with special needs.Demonstrated ability to adapt to the unique learning styles and behavioral needs of children with compassion and flexibility.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with children and families.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to students’ homes.Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.Bi-lingual in Spanish(a plus but not required)Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.Please note that because this position involves driving and working with vulnerable populations, information obtained through the background check process may be considered when evaluating a candidate's suitability.
