Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary
Provide administrative and operational support for the Conservatory of Music by coordinating, scheduling, and administering proctored listening and aural skills examinations for students receiving testing accommodations.
Responsibilities
* Work under the supervision of Music Core Director.
* Schedule and administer proctored exams for listening and aural skills tests for students with test accommodations.
* Communicate and schedule with instructors.
* Coordinate all proctors on Music Proctor Team, assign proctors to administer tests.
* Maintain confidentiality and strictly enforce instructors’ policies for test taking.
Required Qualifications
* Ability to learn and apply departmental support processes and procedures.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
