Interns will be introduced to the basics of sync, including how music is cleared for use in film, TV, video games, and advertising, and will play a key role in organizing and managing catalog metadata to support these efforts. Through this internship, participants will develop a strong understanding of music rights ownership (master vs. publishing), metadata requirements, and how accurate information plays a critical role in facilitating sync placements. • Client Outreach: Practice professional communication by reaching out to artists, managers, and other rights holders to confirm and complete essential metadata. Qualifications • Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university (internship is for credit only).
